Data Export Before Cancellation

Before canceling, we recommend exporting all your notes. You can export your data at any time from the app settings, even after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be considered for:

• Technical issues preventing service use
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Service not meeting described functionality
• Account access issues due to platform bugs
